Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction at The Chennai Matrimony, but if you're not satisfied or need to cancel your services, we’ve got you covered.

You can cancel:

• From your account dashboard under “My Plan” or “Billing”
• By writing to us on our Contact Page

Refunds are only issued:

• For duplicate transactions
• If your account is not activated within 48 hours after payment
• If you are wrongly charged after cancellation

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will not be given for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of matches
• Unused subscription period

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 working days.
